Warrior Builds

Greenscale Beastmaster Single Target DPS (very little AoE): http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=0cmku.xe0bV0u.EhczV00hoz.icx

Macros

Single Target AP Builder:

suppressmacrofailures
cast Rising Waterfall
cast Inescapable Fury
cast Turn the Blade
cast Frenzied Strike
petcast pounce
petcast bite
cast Path of the Wind
cast Flinching Strike
cast Flesh Rip
cast Slashing Strike

Single Target Finisher:

suppressmacrofailures
cast Strike Like Iron
cast Proper Timing
cast Deathblow
cast Tearing Slash
cast Punishing Blow

AoE AP Builder:

suppressmacrofailures
cast Slashing Strike
cast Mighty Blow
cast Frenzied Strike
cast Inescapable Fury

AoE Finisher:

suppressmacrofailures
cast Strike Like Iron
cast Proper Timing
cast Bladefury
cast Deathblow
cast Punishing Blow

Notes: You will need to apply Fierce Strike (pet 10% dmg) manually because it's got no cooldown and in your normal AP build macro it would eat up too much power as its 20 power each. It lasts 12secs so watch for it to go away and reapply manually. Mark of Inevitability (armor down) will also need applied manually. Since Fierce Strike needs only be applied to a mob by 1 Warrior, if you know another Warrior is going to keep it up fulltime then you dont need to use it. Same with the Mark, if someone else is overwriting it (it'll disappear before the 1min timer goes away) then you need not apply it. Also, keep Strike Like Iron handy on a close button and use it manually as often as possible so that your Proper Timing will be used more usefully. Remember, keep Pet on PASSIVE and using CTRL-2 will call it to you to disengage, or CTRL-2 when tabbing to the bombs in 2nd GSB boss will make pet go to blow it up for us quickly.

Warrior AoE Machine: http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=0ckLu.ihc0V0b.EM0bzcbGxz.qct

Macros

Single Target AP Builder:

suppressmacrofailures
cast rising waterfall
cast frost strike
cast searing strike
cast stonespear
cast flamespear
cast path of the wind
cast turn the blade
cast frenzied strike
cast inescapable fury

Single Target Finisher:

suppressmacrofailures
cast strike like iron
cast Fiery Burst

AoE AP Builder 2-3 Targets:

suppressmacrofailures
cast thunder strike
cast frenzied strike
cast turn the blade
cast inescapable fury

AoE AP Builder 4 Targets:

suppressmacrofailures
cast mighty blow
cast frenzied strike
cast turn the blade
cast inescapable fury

AoE Finisher (no matter # of targets):

suppressmacrofailures
cast Strike Like Iron
cast storm burst
cast earth burst
cast fiery burst

Warrior Ranged DPS build: http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=0cuLk.Vex00VkcM.Er00zcbGtz.m

Macros

Single Target Ranged/Melee AP Builder:

suppressmacrofailures
cast path of the hurricane
cast path of the raptor
cast windspear
cast stonespear
cast frost strike
cast searing strike
cast flamespear
cast path of the wind
cast flinching strike
cast turn the blade

Single Target Finisher:

suppressmacrofailures
cast strike like iron
cast fiery burst

AoE AP Builder (within melee range):

suppressmacrofailures
cast path of the hurricane
cast thunder strike

AoE Finisher (used for AoE's at range and up close):

suppressmacrofailures
cast Strike Like Iron
cast storm burst
cast earth burst
cast fiery burst

Note: The damage range on AoE's with this build is 20 meters so most of the time you cannot use this outside of a boss fight where no adds are anywhere near. Try it out in Stillmoor field and you'll see mobs attack you from everywhere it's insane. You always have nearly 100% power with this build. It'll parse 600+ ranged DPS in Expert Dungeons against bosses which as a Warrior standing away from the monster is pretty good.

Useful Raiding Builds... Empty Warrior DPS 1.3 2h Spec made by Braanu

Post  Drehpehs Tue Jun 28, 2011 11:26 am

http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=0ckuL.EhczV0bhhz.Vxx00V.EMo0b

Build Strengths
- All good perks in Champ Tree (STR 5/5, WS 5/5, Follow Thru 2/2, 30sec Proper Timing)
- Great perks for dmg from Paragon Tree (TotFR 5/5, WM 5/5, Flowing Strikes 5/5)
- Deep enough into Riftblade for extra dmg perks (RF 5/5, EF 5/5, SE 2/2, Improved Freeze Armor)
- Fleet of Foot
- Ranged DPS skills (very limited to 1 skill while using 2Hander, but some included for DW weapon swap)
- Bull Rush in combat

Buffs to use:
Way of the Mountain (30% to follow-ups), Focus of Body, Slayer's Bearing, Avatar of Wind (10% movement speed), Storm Blade

Macros

AP Single Target builder:
suppressmacrofailures
cast Rising Waterfall
cast Turn the Blade
cast Power Strike
cast Bash
cast Path of the Raptor
cast Path of the Wind
cast Flamespear
cast Inescapable Fury
cast Frenzied Strike

AoE builder:

suppressmacrofailures
cast Rising Waterfall
cast Turn the Blade
cast Mighty Blow
cast Path of the Raptor
cast Path of the Wind
cast Frenzied Strike
cast Inescapable Fury

AoE Finisher:

suppressmacrofailures
cast Proper Timing
cast Bladefury
cast Deathblow

Single Target Macro flow usage:

1) Mark for Armor Debuff (optional if in raid with someone doing better debuff)
2) Build to 3 AP with ST AP Builder Macro
3) Use AoE Finisher Macro to unleash a Proper Timing + Bladefury
4) Build to 3 AP with ST AP Builder Macro
5) Use Improved Freeze Armor
6) Use Fiery Burst manually (put it close to main AP builder macro on hotbar)
7) Build to 3 AP with ST AP Builder Macro
Cool Use Fiery Burst again
8b) Continue cycling 7 & 8 until Proper Timing + Bladefury is ready again (dont use Bladefury without PT)
8c) Continue refreshing Improved Freeze Armor as needed while cycling 7 & 8 but don't waste power or DPS spam time on it if you are about to do PT + Bladefury
8d) Either make a macro for Proper Timing + Deathblow or put them on hotbar for easy use for when Deathblow is able to be used you will want to use that instead of Bladefury, again only with Proper Timing is available to use

AoE Targets Macro flow usage:

1) Build to 3 AP with AoE AP Builder Macro
2) Use AoE Finisher Macro to unleash Proper Timing + Bladefury
3) Build to 3 AP with AoE AP Builder Macro
5) Use Fiery Burst manually (this is what I use here, could fill in with Punishing Blow here possibly while Bladefury is still on cooldown...haven't test parsed which is better here in this spot)
6) Back to step 1
6c) Since Improved Freeze Armor only debuffs one mob, it is a waste of time and dps output flow to place it on one mob in the AoE mob pack so skip it for AoEing

You might have noticed some ranged DPS skills that only activate with dual wield weapons but this is a 2hander spec. This is for special times when you have to be at range from the boss for a short time and normally would lose DPS.

Keep 2 hotbar buttons with equip swap to and from 2hander and dual wield gear (you can swap weapons in combat currently). When fighting something such as Warmaster in RoS, equip swap to dual wield so you can ranged DPS as he teleports around and back to the tank. When running from something like Wrath from Duke in GSB, turn camera sideways a bit and strafe to get out of the way, while doing so switch to 2 weapons and ranged DPS some while you're waiting to Bull Rush back in for 2hander DPS. Same technique for Cyclonix, etc.

This is more of an advanced thing, you can keep your distance and do no damage while waiting to get back in if you want, but I'd rather put in 400-600dps while at ranged than nothing or just Flamespear.

This build is a power hog in AoE for sure, but most AoE heavy fights are short AoE bursts usually with a rest point inbetween and this won't drain power before the 1min mark which most big groups dont go much past. For boss raid fights with AoE needed you'll want Fervour or Clover for power management.

Single Target this can be a power hungry build as well if you are keeping Improved Freeze Armor up at most times.

NOTE: You do not need to and do not want to keep Improved Freeze Armor up 100% of the time, there will be short bursts of time when you're not putting Fiery Burst on the mob, so put it up at the right time to conserve power.
