Re: SK Loot List
SK Loot Rules
How it works: The list is like a zero sum DKP system. You have a place on the list, and as loot drops people bid for it. The highest person who wants the item gets it, and drops to the bottom of the list. As others get loot they drop, pushing you farther up the list. Anyone can bid on an item for their class, for any spec (regardless of what spec you are brought into the raid for). Now we do not want to see people abusing the system, but it seems fair for those who do not want to play the spec they are brought in for all the time.
Lets pretend you are Bob.

Item drops, both frank and bob want it and bid. Item then goes to bob becuase he is higher than frank.

For example: You are a DPS, but are brought in to heal for raids. You DPS in T2's and help other guild members get loot by DPSing. A DPS chest drops and you are #1 on the SK list. You are more than welcome to take it and utilize it for those T2 runs, but if one of our main DPSers needs it - it would be appreciated if you passed it to them.
Tanks however; have an advantage in this system. All Glyphed items are given to our 3 MT's first and foremost, before they go up for bid to the raid. It sounds very favorable for them, but after only 3 Glyph drops everybody else has a shot at them.
That said - for progression's sake we have 3 MT positions, and 4 MH positions. As people step down, quit, or other such things; these spots will become availible. Until then everybody else shall be slotted as DPS for the time being - BUT may be asked to switch back and forth from time to time, pending on what we need for the encounter and attendance. So if you would like a healing/tanking position - always try to be ready to step up and do it, because those who are always willing to swap are going to have crack at openings.
If you have any further questions or concers about the loot system please post them here and they will be addressed.
